Factory Quality Control
Every order passes through a multi-stage inspection process handled by our dedicated QC team:
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC): all raw materials and components are inspected before entering production.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): production lines are monitored at key checkpoints to catch issues early.
- Full aging & function testing: finished chargers are 100% aging-tested for stable output and safety protection.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): random sampling and full cosmetic inspection before packing.
OEM & ODM Quality Support
For OEM and ODM projects, our engineering and QA teams work with you from DFM review to mass production, defining inspection standards, reliability test plans and packaging requirements that match your market regulations.
