UGOTECK participated in the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) 2024, held from October 13 to 16 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. At Booth 3E-D11, we presented charging, connectivity and audio products and discussed sourcing and OEM/ODM requirements with visitors.
Thank you to everyone who visited our booth. If you photographed a displayed sample or kept a brochure, this guide explains what to include when requesting product information, quotations or samples. Buyers who did not attend can use the same checklist to share their requirements.

Charging Connectivity and Audio at Booth 3E-D11
The display brought together GaN chargers, wireless charging products, USB cables, headphones and Bluetooth speakers. Showing these categories together gave brands, retailers and distributors a starting point for exploring a coordinated accessories range and identifying products for further discussion.
All exhibited products support mass production and hardware or firmware customisation, with the scope confirmed for each project.
A historical display is a reference, not a current specification sheet. This article records the October 2024 exhibition. Availability, components and specifications may have changed since the show. Please confirm the current model, configuration and supporting documentation before planning an order.

Turn a Booth Photograph into a Useful Enquiry
A booth photograph can help identify a product when the model number is missing. Attach the image or brochure page and mark the item you are interested in. Our team can then review the reference and confirm the relevant product options.
For chargers, specify the intended devices, plug version, ports and required output. For USB cables, include connector types, length, charging power and data rate; see USB Cable Specs Explained for the differences. For wireless charging or audio products, describe compatible devices, the intended use and essential functions.
Photos alone do not establish current pricing, minimum order quantity, performance or certification status. State whether you want an existing model, a branded version or a product requiring further development.
A Practical Follow Up Checklist
To help us assess the enquiry, include the following details and flag any points that are still undecided:
- Product reference: a model number, brochure page or photograph of the sample you saw at Booth 3E-D11.
- Target market and use: destination country or region, sales channel, intended devices and essential functions. Include any known certification, testing and marking requirements.
- Customisation scope: logo, colour, packaging and label language, plus any proposed housing, component, hardware or firmware changes. Availability needs to be reviewed for the selected model.
- Order quantity: the estimated quantity per model and, if available, an annual forecast. Ask us to confirm the applicable minimum order quantity.
- Budget and timing: a target unit price or budget range, preferred sample date and intended production or launch schedule.
- Other requirements: sample evaluation criteria, accessories, documentation and preferred shipping terms, such as EXW or FOB, where relevant.
For a development project, expand these details using the project brief checklist in our OEM and ODM preparation guide.
Agree the Customisation Scope Before Quoting
OEM and ODM labels alone do not define a project. Agree on who provides the design, which features will change and who is responsible for engineering and manufacturing. Requests may involve:
- Branding an existing model: reviewing logo, colour, packaging and label options for a selected configuration.
- Adapting an existing platform: assessing changes to a housing, component, function or firmware. This can combine supplier-developed designs with customer requirements; feasibility and validation depend on the proposed changes.
- Developing a new product: defining design ownership, tooling, PCB or structural development, prototypes and production validation as required by the agreed brief.
Separate any one-time engineering or tooling charges from recurring unit costs in the quotation. Confirm sample-approval criteria, documentation responsibilities and certification coverage before production. Changes to hardware, components or construction may affect existing test coverage and require additional evaluation or testing; do not assume an unchanged certificate applies to every customised version.
For each route, confirm the selected specification, approved sample, quantity, delivery terms and schedule. Learn more about our OEM and ODM services.
