Introduced in August 2026, the second generation of UGOTECK’s RW private-mold wall chargers keeps the mini proportions and understated styling of the original 2025 range, with a newly tooled housing design.
We developed an additional set of molds for Generation 2. The original PC body and separate glossy acrylic cover at the USB connector end give way to an integrally molded PC shell. The exterior dimensions remain the same, preserving the compact form while updating the housing construction.
The RW design is compact and understated. Rounded edges, a clean front panel and an uncluttered body give it a classic appearance, with room for a brand identity without overwhelming the product.

Small in Size, Carefully Proportioned
Mini is part of the RW series’ appeal, but size alone does not explain the design. The softly rounded body and uncluttered connector layout keep the form tidy. Seen from the side or from the port end, there is little competing for attention.
That restraint makes the series a useful option for a brand looking for a refined everyday accessory. The exterior can sit comfortably in a simple packaging design, with the product shape doing more of the work than large graphics or decorative details.

From the 2025 Original to the August 2026 Update
The RW family has two generations, identified by their Mold Model prefixes: RW1 for Generation 1 and RW2 for Generation 2. Both share the same exterior dimensions. The difference is the construction and material treatment at the USB connector end.
| Design detail | RW Generation 1 | RW Generation 2 |
|---|---|---|
| Introduced | 2025 | August 2026 |
| Mold Model prefix | RW1 | RW2 |
| Main housing material | PC plastic | PC plastic |
| USB connector-end construction | Separate glossy acrylic cover fitted to the PC body | Integrally molded PC housing |
| Exterior dimensions | Same as Generation 2 | Same as Generation 1 |
Generation 1 makes the connector-end cover a distinct part of the design, with a glossy acrylic surface. Generation 2 carries the design through in a single molded PC shell. The additional tooling was developed to refine the housing construction while retaining the dimensions and visual character of the original RW design.
When comparing samples, look at the connector-end finish alongside the chosen housing color and logo. Charging specifications should still be selected by the individual model; the generation label describes the housing construction.
A Minimalist Exterior with Configuration Choices
The family includes single USB-C models and models combining USB-C with USB-A. This gives buyers a choice of connections while keeping a consistent exterior direction across the collection.
A single-port version keeps the connector panel particularly simple. A dual-port version adds a USB-A connection for customers who use both cable types. Choose the configuration around the intended devices, then review the charging specification for that model.
The current RW listings cover WCM001–WCM012. The RW code in the Mold Model field identifies the housing family; the WCM number identifies the individual product. Output profiles and simultaneous-use limits vary between models.
A Small Charger with Room for Colour
The RW series gives brands more than a black-or-white choice. The colour examples shown here include light blue, burgundy, orange, white and black, bringing different moods to the compact design.
Light blue gives the collection a softer appearance. Burgundy adds a deeper tone, while orange makes the product stand out. White and black offer quieter choices. The rounded contours and simple panels keep the design recognizable across the palette.

A retail collection can bring together several colours in a consistent package, with each colour visible on the box or label. For a more restrained brand presentation, a single colour and a small logo can keep the focus on the product’s form. Choose the palette around the brand and sales channel, then confirm the exact shade and finish on a sample.
These images show colour and exterior options within the RW series. They do not mean that every colour, port configuration or printed power marking applies to every model. Colour availability, logo placement and front-panel artwork should be agreed for the selected product.
Build Your Brand Around the RW Design
The RW series is intended for brands that want a small charger with a considered appearance. A focused launch can begin with the connections your customers need, presented in a coordinated colour palette and a consistent packaging style. Additional configurations can follow without changing the visual direction of the range.
To discuss a project, share your target market, preferred plug version, connector configuration, colour and expected quantity. We can review the relevant models and discuss branding, packaging and sample arrangements.
Sample review is the right time to check the product in hand: how the finish looks, how the logo sits on the body, and how the charger fits the proposed packaging. Confirm charging requirements and product documentation for the exact model before approving the final specification.
